Farhang Sina Institute was established in 2003 with the permission of the Ministry of Education, and in the same year received permission to hold the TEF international exam from the Paris Chamber of Commerce. This institute is the first private institute for specialized French language education. In this center, language teaching is not only done in a classical way, but by holding events related to French civilization, learners in a space closer to the culture of that language achieve higher levels of mastery of dialogue and writing skills in French.
